Burning Down finally debuts after being in the abyss for ages. This is pretty fun and Alex Warren sounds great.

These next 2 debuts were kinda unexpected. JENNIE's Mantra debuts, which now means we have 3 solo Blackpink members on the countdown. This is really fun and Jennie sounds great.

Gigi Perez makes her countdown debut with Sailor Song. I really wished Hits 1 would have let this drop out of hitbound and never become a hit, but alas it debuted. This is just super weird and boring.

Last night's blurbs:

We lost Love Somebody, The Emptiness Machine, and Austin. Austin was great but it was long overdue to leave, like 12 weeks ago. The Emptiness Machine was great but it was never gonna do well. And I'm really surprised Love Somebody left since it had a ton of airplay, but it might reenter soon.

To no one's surprise, Katy Perry is flopping again.

Heatstroke really needs to go away and stop jumping, it's one of the most forgettable hit songs this year.

I was convinced Die With A Smile was gonna hit #1 this week but it dropped a spot instead. Birds of a Feather is still getting a ton of airplay, so it might hold onto #1 for a little while longer.
