Debuts:

Lil Durk and Morgan Wallen collab on Stand By Me. This is pretty fun and Lil Durk and Morgan both sound pretty good.

Zayn makes his first countdown debut since 2018 with Love Like This. This is really fun and Zayn sounds great.

Fall Out Boy is here with their cover of We Didn't Start The Fire, but with events that happened from 2018-2023. This is an amazing FOB song as always. The production is really cool and Patrick Stump sounds amazing as always.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER and the Jonas Brothers collab with Do It Like That. This is super fun and everyone here sounds great.

Countdown Extra: Noah Kahan/Post Malone - Dial Drunk

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Dominic Fike - Mona Lisa (+8)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Post Malone - Chemical (-10)

Last year's #1 song: Lizzo - About Damn Time (1/1 week at #1)

Favorite song last year: Panic! At The Disco - Middle Of A Breakup

Least favorite song last year: Amelia Moore - i feel everything

Most missed song: Sofi Tukker - Best Friend (2017)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Calvin Harris/Sam Smith - Desire

5 oldest songs:

5. Tie between David Guetta/Anne-Marie/Coi Leray - Baby Don’t Hurt Me and FIFTY FIFTY - Cupid (Twin Ver.) (13 weeks)

4. Crash Adams - Give Me A Kiss (14 weeks)

3. Tie between Post Malone - Chemical & Miley Cyrus - Jaded (15 weeks)

2. Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (16 weeks)

1. Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (18 weeks)

Hitbound:

FIFTY FIFTY/Kaliii - Barbie Dreams {3}

Post Malone - Enough Is Enough (Debut)

Tori Kelly - Cut (Debut)

Busted/Jonas Brothers - Year 3000 2.0 (Debut)

Crash Adams - Sugar Mommy {3}

Zayn - Love Like This {SB}

Diplo/Polo G/Jessie Murph - Heartbroken {2}

Noah Kahan/Post Malone - Dial Drunk {2} SOTW

charlieonafriday - I'm Not Crazy {2}

Charli XCX - Speed Drive (Debut)

NewJeans - Super Shy {2}

Travis Scott/Bad Bunny/The Weeknd - K-POP (Debut)

Teddy Swims - Lose Control {2}

Presley Regier - Fly (Debut)

will.i.am/Britney Spears - Mind Your Business {2}

Jelly Roll - NEED A FAVOR {6}

Post Malone is back with Enough Is Enough. The production is solid and Post sounds good.

Tori Kelly is back with Cut after Missin U flopped on the countdown. I loved Missin U and Cut is just as great. This is super fun and catchy and Tori has an amazing voice.

Busted and the Jonas Brothers collab with Year 3000 2.0. Year 3000 was originally released by Busted then covered by the Jonas Brothers, so I guess this is a cover of a cover. The production is amazing and Busted and the Jo Bros both sound great.

Charli XCX is back with Speed Drive. This is short but it's pretty fun and Charli sounds good.

Travis Scott, Bad Bunny, and The Weeknd collab with K-POP. This is actually Bad Bunny's first time on Hits 1 because Hits 1 edited his verse out of Cardi B's I Like It. This is alright. The production is pretty fun and everyone sounds alright.

Hits 1 picked up on another song from the nobody Presley Regier, with Fly. I really liked Nevermind but this is kinda boring. The production isn't really that interesting and Presley sounds decent.

Exits:

Kylie Minogue - Padam Padam {1}

Hayes Warner - Dead To Me {2}

Troye Sivan - Rush {2}

Anna Delvey/Brooke Burke/Audio Chate - What The Hell {1}

d4vd - Here With Me {5}

Padam Padam finds itself in the abyss. Dead To Me and Rush were pretty fun. What The Hell was a very weird song. And Here With Me was garbage.

Abyss:

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Taylor Swift  - You're Losing Me (From The Vault)

Havanna Winter - Tornado

iCandy - Keep Dat

Jain - Makeba

Kaliii - Area Codes

Benson Boone - In The Stars

Pitbull/Lil Jon - JUMPIN

Kylie Minogue - Padam Padam

Metro Boomin/NAV/A Boogie Wit da Hoodie/Swae Lee - Calling

Aqua - Barbie Girl

Harry Styles - Daylight

We didn't start the blurbs:

We lost VOID, I'm In Love With You, What A Night, and Hold Me Like a Grudge. Void never was really that great. I'm In Love With You was great but lasted way too long. What A Night deserved better. And Hold Me Like a Grudge was great but got replaced by a better song from them.

Thank God What Was I Made For seems to be flopping.

Seven jumped 7 spots. Coincidence? I think not!

vampire is still taking its sweet ass time entering the top 10.

Oof, Chemical took a big tumble out of the top 10 and looks to be done soon.

I thought Satellite was supposed to get replaced by Daylight but instead it jumps 6 spots to #6.

Cupid is now in the top 5. This is a bit unexpected, but I guess I'll take it.

Let's go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give Me A Kiss is #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was really hoping this could get #1 and I'm really glad it did. This song isn't popular anywhere else, so I'm really shocked this is doing so well on Hits 1. But I'm glad, because this song is really growing on me. I don't see this lasting very long at #1, Cruel Summer will probably overtake it next week, but I'm gonna enjoy it while I can.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Poll Of The Week results:

Best Debut/Re-Entry?

Jung Kook/Latto - Seven: 70 %/7 votes

David Kushner - Daylight: 20 %/2 votes

Billie Eilish - What Was I Made For?: 10 %/1 vote

1: Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (=) (15 weeks) [peak: 1 x 3 weeks]

Debuts:

Jung Kook and Latto collab with Seven. This is really fun and they both sound great.

Daylight re-entered. Really Hits 1, I thought we were done with this boring ass song and this is just taking up space for better songs.

Billie Eilish stop making boring songs challenge (impossible). She's back with What Was I Made For. And of course this is another boring ass Billie ballad. What happened Billie, go back to making fun music. Billie actually doesn't sound too bad here but the production is just way too boring for me to enjoy.

Countdown Extra: (G)I-DLE - I DO

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Like a Grudge (+6)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: The 1975 - I'm In Love With You (-5)

3. Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (15 weeks)

2. Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (17 weeks)

1. The 1975 - I'm In Love With You (21 weeks)

Hitbound:

Jelly Roll - Need A Favor {5}

NewJeans - Super Shy (Debut)

Crash Adams - Sugar Mommy {2}

charlieonnafriday - I'm Not Crazy (Debut)

Noah Kahan/Post Malone - Dial Drunk (Debut)

will.i.am/Britney Spears - Mind Your Business (Debut)

Teddy Swims - Lose Control (Debut)

Zayn - Love Like This (Debut)

d4vd - Here With Me {5}

Kylie Minogue - Padam Padam (Debut)

FIFTY FIFTY/Kaliii - Barbie Dreams {2}

Hayes Warner - Dead To Me {2}

Lil Durk/Morgan Wallen - Stand By Me (Debut)

Diplo/Jessie Murph/Polo G - Heartbroken (Debut)

Troye Sivan - Rush {2}

Anna Delvey/Brooke Butler/Audio Chateau - What the Hell (Debut)

Goodness 10 debuts, let's get started!

Kpop girl group NewJeans make their Hits 1 Super Shy. This is pretty fun and everyone sounds good.

charlieonnafriday is back with I'm Not Crazy, which samples the 2002 song Unwell by Matchbox Twenty. This is really fun and charlieonnafriday sounds great and the sample works surprisingly well.

Noah Kahan and Post Malone collab with Dial Drunk. This is a really fun folk song and Noah and Post both sound great. but I just wish Post contributed more to the song.

will.i.am and Britney Spears collab for a second time since Scream & Shout in 2012, with Mind Your Business. I can already tell this is gonna be one of the most polarizing songs of 2023. You either love or hate this song. I'm in the former category. This song is just stupidly fun. I love that the chorus is just "mind your business" over and over. will.i.am and Britney's voices are drowned in autotune but they still sound pretty good.

Teddy Swims makes his Hits 1 debut with Lose Control. He was on the Meghan Trainor song Bad For Me last year that Hits 1 never picked up on. Lose Control is pretty good. The production is pretty cool and Teddy has an interesting and unique voice.

Zayn is back on Hits 1 since Let Me in 2018, with Love Like This. This is really catchy and Zayn sounds great.

Kylie Minogue is back on Hits 1 since All I See in 2007, with Padam Padam. This is really cool. This sounds very Tiesto-y, probably because the person who wrote this also wrote songs for Tiesto.

Lil Durk and Morgan Wallen are here with Broadway Girls part 2, Stand By Me. This is pretty good. The production is pretty catchy and Lil Durk and Morgan sound good.

Diplo, Jessie Murph, and Polo G collab with Heartbroken. The production is fine and Polo G sounds good and Jessie Murph sounds less annoying than usual.

Now for the latest episode of where the actual hell Hits 1 finds these songs, Anna Delvey, Brooke Butler, and Audio Chateau are here with What the Hell. Apparently this is a remix of a phone call Anna Delvey made while in prison with vocals from Brooke Butler and production from Audio Chateau. The song is alright. The lyrics are kinda hilarious and the EDM country production is pretty fun.

Leah Kate - Super Over {3}

(G)I-DLE - I Do {1} SOTW

Do It Like That, Area Codes, We Didn’t Start The Fire, and In The Stars find themselves in the abyss. See You Later and Super Over were great. And I Do is yet another SOTW that leaves hitbound.

Abyss:

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Taylor Swift  - You're Losing Me (From The Vault)

Havanna Winter - Tornado

iCandy - Keep Dat

Jain - Makeba

Metro Boomin/NAV/A Boogie Wit da Hoodie/Swae Lee - Calling

Aqua - Barbie Girl

Harry Styles - Daylight

It seems as though Daylight will be the next single off of Harry's House, so look out for that soon.

Mind Your Blurbs:

We lost Jumpin, That Part, and Karma. I'm really surprised Karma is gone already but I don't mind since it's getting really old. Jumpin was great and deserved better. And That Part was just Fingers Crossed part 50.

After 5 weeks Attention is finally out of the bottom spot.

After 2 months VOID is finally out of the bottom 5.

I'm not sure how Last Night is still here and jumping since it's been in the bottom 5 airplay for a few weeks now.

Vampire is taking its sweet ass time getting into the top 10.

Can Snooze snooze off the countdown already.

Eyes Closed really needs to be dropping more than 1 spot.

Oof, looks like Chemical got blocked from #1.

Give Me A Kiss jumped to #2. If this could get #1 next week that would be great.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Poll of the week results:

Best top 5 song?

Jonas Brothers (2) - Week Of July 15, 2023

Hey guys, what's up? This was a pretty good week. We lost a really mediocre song and got a really great one in its place.

Before we get to this week's fresh 30, let's say goodbye to the songs leaving the countdown:

David Kushner - Daylight (#24) (8 weeks) [peak: 21]

NF - Happy (#14) (8 weeks) [peak: 12] x3

Debuts:

Mourning re-entered. I'm not sure why it left in the first place but good to have it back.

The only new debut this week is Doechii with the solo version of What It Is. This is a really fun rap song and Doechii sounds great.

Countdown Extra: TOMORROW X TOGETHER/Jonas Brothers - Do It Like That

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Olivia Rodrigo - vampire (+9)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Taylor Swift/Ice Spice - Karma (Remix) (-11)

Last year's #1 song: Nicky Youre - Sunroof (2/5 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Calvin Harris/Halsey/Pharrell/Justin Timberlake - Stay With Me

Least favorite song last year: Amelia Moore - i feel everything

Hitbound:

The Band CAMINO - See You Later {3}

Billie Eilish - What Was I Made For? (Debut)

Troye Sivan - Rush (Debut)

Crash Adams - Sugar Mommy (Debut)

TOMORROW X TOGETHER/Jonas Brothers - Do It Like That {2} SOTW

Kaliii - Area Codes {8}

Fall Out Boy - We Didn't Start The Fire{2}

Hayes Warner - Dead To Me (Debut)

Doechii - What It Is (Solo Version) {SB}

Leah Kate - Super Over {3}

Jung Kook/Latto - Seven (Debut)

Jelly Roll - Need A Favor {4}

FIFTY FIFTY/Kaliii - Barbie Dreams (Debut)

d4vd - Here With Me {4}

Benson Boone - In The Stars {7}

(G)I-DLE - I DO (Debut)

Billie Eilish released a new song from the Barbie movie What Was I Made For and of course this has to be another boring Billie ballad. What happened Billie, why can't you go back to making exciting music? The production and Billie sound decent but this is just way too boring.

Troye Sivan is back with Rush. This is really fun and catchy and Troye sounds good.

Crash Adams replace themselves with Sugar Mommy. This is another banger from them and it's super fun.

Hayes Warner, an up and coming artist from NYC, is here with Dead To Me. I really like the production, it reminds me a lot of American Psycho from Marshmello. And Hayes has a great voice.

Jung Kook and Latto make the weirdest collab ever with Seven. This song is surprisingly good. It's really fun and Jung Kook and Latto both sound great.

We have the second Barbie soundtrack debut this week, FIFTY FIFTY and Kaliii with Barbie Dreams. Apparently Kali changed her stage name to Kaliii, because 1 'i' wasn't enough. This is really fun and everyone sounds great.

Kpop girl group (G)I-DLE make their Hits 1 debut with I DO. This is pretty fun and everyone sounds good.

Exits:

Jain - Makeba {2}

Coi Leray/David Guetta - Make My Day {2}

Crash Adams - Lucky {6}

Metro Boomin/NAV/A Boogie Wit da Hoodie/Swae Lee - Calling {2}

Jessie Murph/Maren Morris - Texas {5}

Tai Verdes - Sandman {3}

Makeba is in the abyss. Make My Day and Lucky were great. And the rest I didn't care about.

Abyss:

Halsey - Die 4 Me

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Taylor Swift  - You're Losing Me (From The Vault)

Havanna Winter - Tornado

iCandy - Keep Dat

Jain - Makeba

Sugar blurbs:

We lost Daylight and Happy. Good riddance to Daylight, this lasted way too long and never should have became a hit. And it's a shame that Happy got robbed on the countdown not twice but three times.

How is I'm In Love With You still here? It's a great song but it's getting really old now.

Aww I thought vampire could pull a good 4 u but it only jumped to #20. Hopefully it can jump more soon.

Karma took a huge drop out of the top 10. Please get this old song out of here.

Eyes Closed go away challenge (impossible).

Give Me A Kiss is somehow up to #3, but I will gladly take it.

Waffle House is surprisingly still #1 this week. If Chemical or Give Me A Kiss could hurry up and hit #1 that would be great.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Hey guys, what's up? If you couldn't tell the countdown I posted earlier was obviously a troll. We decided to pull a prank on the Hits 1 Discord server. Here's the real countdown.

1: Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (+1) (13 weeks) [peak: 1 x 1 week]

Debuts:

Making its way out of the abyss is Flo Rida's year old song What A Night. This is a really fun party loop. The production is super fun and catchy and Flo Rida sounds great as always.

We have another party loop debuting, Pitbull and Lil Jon with JUMPIN. This is also super fun and Pitbull and Lil Jon both sound great.

Now for the biggest debut, but the lowest debut for some reason, is Olivia Rodrigo's return after 2 years with Vampire. I didn't have high hopes for this at first when I was told it was going to be a ballad. But luckily I was blown away when I heard it. It starts off slow but gets amazing towards the end, and Olivia sounds great. I'm not sure why this debuted so low at #29, but that just means it can pull a good 4 u and jump 28 spots to #1.

Countdown Extra: The Band CAMINO - See You Later

Biggest Jump Of The Week: OneRepublic - Runaway (+12)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Tie between Harry Styles - Satellite and FIFTY FIFTY - Cupid (Twin Ver.) (-5)

Last year's #1 song: Nicky Youre - Sunroof (1/5 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Devon Cole - W.I.T.C.H.

Least favorite song last year: Amelia Moore - i feel everything

Most missed song: Fitz and The Tantrums - HandClap (2016)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Alok/Ava Max - Car Keys

2. Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (15 weeks)

1. The 1975 - I'm In Love With You (19 weeks)

TOMORROW X TOGETHER/Jonas Brothers - Do It Like That (Debut)

The Band CAMINO - See You Later {2} SOTW

Doechii - What It Is (Solo Version) {6}

Fall Out Boy is back with We Didn't Start The Fire, a cover of Billy Joel's 1989 song. It's the same melody but Fall Out Boy changed the lyrics to events that happened from 1989-2023. This song is so amazing. The production is really cool and I like how they changed the lyrics to modern day events. I really hope this can do something.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER and the Jonas Brothers collab on Do It Like That. This song is super fun and TXT and the Jo Bros both sound great.

Exits:

Kim Petras - Revelations {2}

Niall Horan - Science {2}

Revelations was amazing and I wished it could have debuted. And Science was mediocre.

Abyss:

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You

Halsey - Die 4 Me

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Calvin Harris/Ellie Goulding - Miracle

Taylor Swift  - You're Losing Me (From The Vault)

Gracie Abrams - I know it won't work

Havanna Winter - Tornado

P!nk - Trustfall

Oh, what a blurb:

We lost Wish You The Best, Keep Dat, and Mourning. Good riddance to Wish You The Best, it was getting super annoying. Keep Dat was fun but I didn't see it doing well. And Mourning wasn't that great but I'm not sure why it flopped.

I'm not sure why I'm In Love With You keeps jumping despite being off the survey for over a month and being super old, but I guess I'll take it.

Runaway took a huge jump into the top 10. This song is good but it's kinda forgettable.

Good riddance Eyes Closed finally left the top 5. Now please let this leave the countdown.

Give Me A Kiss is somehow up to #4, but I'll gladly take it.

After being blocked from #1 for 6 weeks, Waffle House finally takes the #1 spot from Karma. I don't think this really deserves #1 but I'll take it. I don't see this lasting very long at #1, Karma will probably take it back or maybe even finally Chemical will.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Debuts:

Really Hits 1, we're debuting songs that aren't on streaming platforms? Taylor Swift is here with You're Losing Me. This isn't amazing but it's pretty good when I hear it on Hits 1, I just wish I can listen to it on Spotify.

I Know It Won't Work re-entered for the second time for a third total countdown run. Okay then.

The weird French crap grew on me a lot this past week, Makeba by Jain. This song is stupid but it's so incredibly fun and catchy.

Trustfall re-entered all the way up at #13. Good to have this back.

Olivia Rodrigo is back after 2 years with Vampire, and it debuts all the way up at #6. This is an amazing song from her. It starts off slow but picks up a lot as the song goes on.

Countdown Extra: The Band CAMINO - See You Later

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Tie between Dominic Fike - Mona Lisa and David Kushner - Daylight [+20]

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Tie between Post Malone - Chemical and Lewis Capaldi - Wish You The Best [-8]

Last year's #1 song: Nicky Youre - Sunroof (1/5 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Leah Kate - Twinkle Twinkle

Least favorite song last year: Amelia Moore - i feel everything

Most missed song: Fitz and The Tantrums - HandClap (2016)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Alok/Ava Max - Car Keys

5 oldest songs:

5. Tie between Crash Adams - Give Me A Kiss & Taylor Swift/Ice Spice - Karma (Remix) (11 weeks)

4. Tie between Lewis Capaldi - Wish You The Best, Post Malone - Chemical, & Miley Cyrus - Jaded (12 weeks)

3. Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (1 3weeks)

Hitbound:

Jain - Makeba {SB}

Fall Out Boy - We Didn't Start The Fire (Debut)

Coi Leray/David Guetta - Make My Day {2}

TOMORROW X TOGETHER/Jonas Brothers - Do It Like That (Debut)

Benson Boone - In The Stars {6}

Kaliii - Area Codes {7}

Leah Kate - Super Over {2}

Crash Adams - Lucky {6}

Metro Boomin/NAV/A Boogie Wit da Hoodie/Swae Lee - Calling {2}

Jelly Roll - Need A Favor {3}

Olivia Rodrigo - vampire {SB}

Jessie Murph/Maren Morris - Texas {5}

Tai Verdes - Sandman {3}

d4vd - Here With Me {3}

The Band CAMINO - See You Later {2} SOTW

Doechii - What It Is (Solo Version) {6}

Exits:

Kim Petras - Revelations {2}

Niall Horan - Science {2}

Revelations was amazing and I wished it could have debuted. And Science was mediocre.

Abyss:

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You

Halsey - Die 4 Me

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Calvin Harris/Ellie Goulding - Miracle

Flo Rida - What A Night

Pitbull/Lil Jon - JUMPIN

Havanna Winter - Tornado

I love this blurb and hate it at the same time:

We lost Attention, Last Night, Void, Keep Dat, and Cruel Summer. Good riddance to Last Night it never should have re-entered. Void was good but very weird. Attention was alright. Keep Dat was pretty fun. And Cruel Summer deserved much better.

I'm not sure why I'm In Love With You keeps jumping when it hasn't been on the survey for over a month.

Mona Lisa jumped 20 spots to #9. Let's go!!!!

Ok, what the actual fucking fuck? Daylight jumped 20 spots all the way up to #1? This is unacceptable. It's been in the bottom 5 airplay for a while now. There's no reason it should be jumping to #1. I would literally take any other song on the countdown at #1 besides this garbage. How does anyone like this song. The production is trash. And David Kushner sounds trash, it sounds like he's literally singing into a broken microphone. I really hope this leaves #1 next week because this does not deserve #1 at all.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

2: Jonas Brothers - Waffle House (=) (12 weeks) [peak: 2]

1: Taylor Swift/Ice Spice - Karma (Remix) (=) (10 weeks) [peak: 1 x 4 weeks]

Debuts:

Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice are here with Barbie World, which samples Aqua's 1997 hit Barbie Girl. The production is pretty fun and Nicki and Ice Spice both sound good, but the song is way too short.

Dominic Fike is finally back on the countdown since 3 Nights in 2019, with Mona Lisa. I really love this one. The production is super fun and catchy and Dominic sounds great.

Really Hits 1, we let Last Night re-enter instead of Trustfall?

Taylor Swift breaks the record for the longest time between re-entries. Cruel Summer re-enters after 3 years. This was actually on the countdown back in 2020, but only lasted 5 weeks since Taylor dropped her surprise album Folklore and cardigan replaced it. But not it's gotten popular again and here it is. This is an amazing Taylor song and I'm glad it's finally back. The production is amazing and Taylor sounds amazing.

Countdown Extra: Tai Verdes - Sandman

Biggest Jump Of The Week: The Weeknd/Playboi Carti/Madonna - Popular (+10)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Tie between SZA - Snooze and Miley Cyrus - Jaded (-6)

Last year's #1 song: Harry Styles - As It Was (8/8 long and overrated weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Leah Kate - Twinkle Twinkle

Least favorite song last year: Amelia Moore - i feel everything

Most missed song: Bonnie McKee - American Girl (2013)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Fall Out Boy - We Didn't Start The Fire

Hitbound:

Metro Boomin/NAV/A Boogie Wit da Hoodie/Swae Lee - Calling (Debut)

Crash Adams - Lucky {5}

Kim Petras - Revelations {2}

Niall Horan - Science {2}

Leah Kate - Super Over (Debut)

Tai Verdes - Sandman {2} SOTW

The Band CAMINO - See You Later (Debut)

Doechii - What It Is (Solo Version) {5}

Jelly Roll - Need A Favor {2}

Jain - Makeba (Debut)

Olivia Rodrigo - vampire (Debut)

d4vd - Here With Me {2}

Coi Leray/David Guetta - Make My Day (Debut)

Jessie Murph/Maren Morris - Texas {4}

Kali - Area Codes {6}

Benson Boone - In The Stars {5}

Metro Boomin, NAV, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and Swae Lee collab with Calling. The production is pretty cool and everyone sounds great.

Leah Kate is back with Super Over and wow, this might be her best song. The production is amazing and Leah sounds great too.

The Band CAMINO make their Hits 1 debut with See You Later. I liked some of their other songs, so I'm glad to see Hits 1 is finally starting to pick them up. The production is super catchy and everyone sounds great.

Great, just what we need, weird old French crap! French singer Jain makes her Hits 1 debut with a song from 2016, Makeba. This song is very weird but it's kinda a bop.

Everyone's favorite recycling bin David Guetta is back along with Coi Leray with Make My Day. This samples Pump Up The Jam, since David Guetta can't come up with his own melody. Despite the lazy sample, the production slaps and Coi Leray sounds great.

Now for probably the most hyped song of the year, Olivia Rodrigo is finally back after 2 years with vampire. I didn't have high hopes for this when I was told it was a ballad, but I was blown away once I heard it. The production starts of slow but gets more upbeat as the song goes on, and Olivia sounds great. I think this song might grow on me a lot.

Exits:

Devon Cole - 1-800-GOT-STRESS {2}

Jimin/JVKE/Charlie Puth/Muni Long - Angel Part 2 {6}

Nicky Youre - Good Times Go {3}

Havanna Winter - Tornado {2}

Tornado finds itself in the abyss, and the rest I didn't care about.

Abyss:

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You

Halsey - Die 4 Me

Miguel - Sure Thing

Bakar - Hell N Back

Calvin Harris/Ellie Goulding - Miracle

Taylor Swift  - You're Losing Me (From The Vault)

Gracie Abrams - I know it won't work

Flo Rida - What A Night

Pitbull/Lil Jon - JUMPIN

Havanna Winter - Tornado

P!nk - Trustfall

Cruel Blurbs:

We lost Love From The Other Side, That's Not How This Works, Favorite Song, and Heaven. Good riddance to Least Favorite Song, I didn't think it was ever gonna leave. That's Not How This Works and Heaven were good but were getting really old. And Love From The Other Side had a great countdown run so I'm fine with it leaving.

Daylight needs to do less jumping and more leaving to make room for better songs.

Finally Happy is starting to get a huge jump.

Can Wish You The Best and Eyes Closed go away please?

Let's go, Cupid is back in the top 10!

I'm not really sure why Give Me A Kiss is doing so well, but I'll gladly take it.

The top 3 held again this week. Karma is #1 for the 4th week in a row. I don't mind this, but I would really like Chemical to get #1 soon though.

That's all for now, see you all next week!
