Tiësto/Tate McRae (6) - Week Of Apr 29, 2023

Hey guys, what's up? This was a whack ass countdown. Explicit versions of songs were played on the countdown, 2 songs debuted way too high, 2 songs left from the top 10, Nonsense and Nobody Gets Me refuse to leave, and 10:35 is somehow still #1 after getting a huge drop in airplay and being off the survey.

Debuts:

Nice to see Happy is back. I'm not sure why it left it the first place but I'm glad it got saved from the one week wonder treatment.

The Weeknd and Future collab with Double Fantasy. This has grown on me a little. The production is kinda boring but The Weeknd and Future sound good.

Taylor Swift replaces herself with Karma. This is probably my favorite song off of Midnights. The production is really cool and laid back and Taylor sounds great.

These next 2 songs debuted really high for some reason. I'll take it for this first one, but not for the second one. Crash Adams makes their way out of the abyss with Give Me A Kiss. This one is really fun and I'm glad it finally debuted. This is really fun and catchy and Crash Adams sound great.

Not really too thrilled about this debuting so high. It's Morgan Wallen with Last Night. It's actually a pretty good Morgan Wallen song, but I just wish this could have stayed in the abyss like Wasted On You did.

Countdown Extra: Dominic Fike - Dancing In The Courthouse

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Post Malone - Chemical (+12)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: The Kid LAROI - Love Again (-12)

Last year's #1 song: Imagine Dragons/JID - Enemy (5/6 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Nicky Youre/dazy - Sunroof

Least favorite song last year: Jnr Choi/Sam Tompkins - TO THE MOON

Most missed song: Sabrina Carpenter - Thumbs (2016)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Giant Rooks - Morning Blue

5 oldest songs:

5. Coi Leray - Players (15 Weeks)

4. Tie between SZA - Kill Bill and RAYE/070 Shake - ESCAPISM. (16 Weeks)

3. SZA - Nobody Gets Me (19 weeks)

2. Taylor Swift - Lavender Haze (20 weeks)

1. Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense (22 weeks)

Hitbound:

Nicki Minaj - Red Ruby Da Sleeze {7}

Presley Regier - Nevermind (Debut)

Jason Derulo - Glad U Came (Debut)

Lauren Spencer-Smith/GAYLE/Em Beihold - Fantasy {3}

Jack Harlow - They Don’t Love It (Debut)

Melanie Martinez - VOID {3}

Niall Horan - Meltdown (Debut)

Dominic Fike - Dancing In The Courthouse {2} SOTW

FIFTY FIFTY - Cupid (Twin Ver.) {2}

ILLENIUM/Avril Lavigne/Travis Barker - Eyes Wide Shut (Debut)

Coi Leray - Bops (Debut)

David Kushner - Daylight (Debut)

Lu Kala - Pretty Girl Era (Debut)

XG - LEFT RIGHT {2}

Stephen Sanchez - Only Girl (Debut)

Drake - Search & Rescue {3}

Gracious, 9 debuts, let's get started I guess.

Our first debut is very random. We have somebody named Presley Regier with Nevermind. This is actually his first ever song, and it only has 158 streams. I honestly have no idea how Mikey finds these songs. Apparently Ryan Tedder wrote this song, so idk anymore. Anyways this song is actually pretty good. It's pretty catchy and Presley has a good voice. I can see this growing on me.

We have a Jason Derulo banger alert. He's back with Glad U Came. The production is so insanely fun and catchy and Jason sounds great as always.

Jack Harlow just released his new album, and here he is with They Don’t Love It. This is pretty good. The production is pretty catchy and Jack sounds good.

Niall Horan is here with Meltdown. This is good but not amazing, it just sounds like a catchier version of Heaven. This might grow on me, though.

ILLENIUM, Avril Lavigne, and Travis Barker are here with Eyes Wide Shut. I really wish I liked this song more than I do, but I'm not really in love with this. Avril sounds good but the pop punk production feels kinda basic.

Coi Leray is here with a bop called Bops. This song slaps so hard. The production is really catchy and Coi sounds great.

David Kushner makes his Hits 1 debut with Daylight. I am not a big fan of this new kind of music that is seeming to become popular now. I'm talking about these songs that start off really slow and don't get interesting until the last 30 seconds of the song. This starts off really slow and boring but then starts to pick up around the 2 minute mark. But at the end there's this really weird effect on his voice that sounds really bad. Sorry Daniel, but I am not in love with this.

Lu Kala is here with Pretty Girl Era. This is pretty fun and catchy but it sounds almost identical to Lottery. This was actually released before Lottery, so I guess this is the prequel to Lottery.

I know everyone is excited for more Stephen Sanchez, so he's back with Only Girl. I don't hate Stephen Sanchez as much as some other people, but Only Girl is actually pretty good. The production is surprisingly upbeat and Stephen sounds alright.

Exits:

Kim Petras/Nicki Minaj - Alone {1}

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You {1}

Labrinth/Billie Eilish - Never Felt So Alone {2}

RAYE/Coi Leray - Flip A Switch (Remix) {1}

Bazzi - Eyes {2}

AJR - The Dumb Song {1}

Maisie Peters - Lost the Breakup {2}

JP Saxe - I Don't Miss You {2}

Alone, Praising You, and Never Felt So Alone find themselves in the abyss. Flip A Switch, Eyes, and I Don't Miss You were alright. And The Dumb Song and Lost the Breakup deserved better.

Abyss:

The Weeknd/Ariana Grande - Die For You (Remix)

Harry Styles - Daylight

Nicky Youre - Eyes On You

Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her

Avery Anna - Self Love

Ava Max - Weapons

Jonas Brothers - Wings

Kim Petras/Nicki Minaj - Alone

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You

Labrinth/Billie Eilish - Never Felt So Alone

Luke Combs - Fast Car

Give Me A Blurb:

We lost All Of The Girls You Loved Before, I know it won't work, Flowers, Bloody Mary, and Special. All Of The Girls You Loved Before got replaced by a better song from her. I know it won't work was mediocre. Flowers and Special were good but were getting kinda annoying so I'm glad they're gone. And I wished Bloody Mary could have lasted a bit longer.

Boy's a liar and Players have been here for months but have yet to see the top half of the countdown.

Nice to see Chemical getting a huge jump. I really want this to go #1.

Nice to see Love From The Other Side still in the top 10.

Eyes Closed is back in the top 10. This song has faded on me a lot, so I'm not really too thrilled.

Nonsense did not really need to re-enter the top 5. That and Nobody Gets Me really need to leave.

I'm not really sure why 10:35 is still #1 despite taking a huge drop in airplay and being off the survey, but I guess I'll take it. I'd rather it be #1 than Lottery or Heaven.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Tiësto/Tate McRae (5) - Week Of Apr 22, 2023

Hey guys, what's up? This was a very strange countdown, which I will get into later, but let's get started with our exits!

Metro Boomin/The Weeknd/21 Savage - Creepin' (#18) (17 weeks) [peak: 6]

The 1975 - I'm In Love With You (#15) (11 weeks) [peak: 11]

Miley Cyrus - River (#25) (5 weeks) [peak: 22]

NF - Happy (#30) (1 week) [peak: 30] ???

Last week's #1: Tiësto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (4 weeks at #1)

30: Toosii - Favorite Song (Debut) (1 week) [peak: 30]

23: Taylor Swift - All Of The Girls You Loved Before (=) (3 weeks) [peak: 23]

22: PinkPantheress/Ice Spice - Boy's a liar Pt. 2 (-1) (10 weeks) [peak: 20]

21: Lizzy McAlpine - ceilings (+5) (5 weeks) [peak: 21]

20: Coi Leray - Players (-4) (14 weeks) [peak: 16]

19: Gracie Abrams - I know it won't work (+3) (7 weeks) [peak: 19]

18: Charlie Puth/Dan + Shay - That’s Not How This Works (+6) (3 week) [peak: 18]

17: Jax - Cinderella Snapped (+3) (7 weeks) [peak: 17]

16: Kane Brown/Katelyn Brown - Thank God (+3) (10 weeks) [peak: 13]

15: RAYE/070 Shake - ESCAPISM. (-9) (15 weeks) [peak: 6]

14: Miley Cyrus - Flowers (-6) (14 weeks) [peak: 1 x 6 weeks]

13: SZA - Nobody Gets Me (+1) (18 weeks) [peak: 4]

12: Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (=) (4 weeks) [peak: 9]

11: Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense (-4) (21 weeks) [peak: 5]

10: The Kid LAROI - Love Again (=) (12 weeks) [peak: 10]

9: Lady Gaga - Bloody Mary (=) (12 weeks) [peak: 6]

8: Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side (+9) (13 weeks) [peak: 8]

7: Lizzo/SZA - Special (+4) (10 weeks) [peak: 5]

6: Halsey - Die 4 Me (+7) (8 weeks) [peak: 6]

5: SZA - Kill Bill (-1) (15 weeks) [peak: 3]

4: Taylor Swift - Lavender Haze (+1) (19 weeks) [peak: 2]

3: Latto/Lu Kala - Lottery (-1) (9 weeks) [peak: 2]

2: Niall Horan - Heaven (+1) (9 weeks) [peak: 2]

1: Tiësto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (=) (13 weeks) [peak: 1 x 5 weeks]

Debuts:

After dropping out of hitbound Toosii - Favorite Song finally debuts. Unfortunately, this is not my favorite song. This is very weird and boring and Toosii doesn't have a great voice.

After River flopped Miley Cyrus is back with Jaded. This isn't as good as River, but I still like it. The production is pretty catchy and Miley sounds great.

What's this, Lewis Capaldi finally made a good ballad? He's back with Wish You The Best. This has grown on me a lot this past week. The production is slow but good and Lewis actually sounds pretty good.

Now the best for last. Post Malone is here with Chemical, and oh yes this is a bop. This is a perfect summer anthem. The production is insanely catchy and Post sounds great.

Countdown Extra: Lauren Spencer-Smith/GAYLE/Em Beihold - Fantasy

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side (+9)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: RAYE/070 Shake - ESCAPISM. (-9)

Last year's #1 song: Imagine Dragons/JID - Enemy (4/6 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Nicky Youre/dazy - Sunroof

Least favorite song last year: Lauv - All 4 Nothing (I'm So In Love)

Most missed song: Avicii - The Nights (2014)

Recommendation for Hits 1: The Chainsmokers - Up & Down

5 oldest songs:

5. Tie between Miley Cyrus - Flowers and Coi Leray - Players (14 Weeks)

4. Tie between SZA - Kill Bill and RAYE/070 Shake - ESCAPISM. (15 Weeks)

3. SZA - Nobody Gets Me (18 weeks)

2. Taylor Swift - Lavender Haze (19 weeks)

1. Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense (21 weeks)

Hitbound:

Melanie Martinez - VOID {2}

The Weeknd/Future - Double Fantasy (Debut)

Lauren Spencer-Smith/GAYLE/Em Beihold - Fantasy {2} SOTW

Kim Petras/Nicki Minaj - Alone (Debut)

RAYE/Coi Leray - Flip A Switch (Remix) (Debut)

Bazzi - Eyes {2}

FIFTY FIFTY - Cupid - Twin Ver. (Debut)

Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You (Debut)

Drake - Search & Rescue {2}

AJR - The Dumb Song (Debut)

XG - LEFT RIGHT (Debut)

JP Saxe - I Don't Miss You {2}

Dominic Fike - Dancing In The Courthouse (Debut)

Labrinth/Billie Eilish - Never Felt So Alone {2}

Maisie Peters - Lost the Breakup {2}

Nicki Minaj - Red Ruby Da Sleeze {6}

The Weeknd and Future have teamed up with Double Fantasy. This is alright. The Weeknd and Future both sound good but the production is kinda boring.

Kim Petras and Nicki Minaj team up with Alone. This is really good. This samples the 2000 song Better Off Alone by Alice Deejay. The production is really cool and Kim and Nicki both sound great.

RAYE and Coi Leray team up with Flip A Switch. This is alright. The 2 sound good but the R&B production is kinda boring.

Kpop group FIFTY FIFTY make their Hits 1 debut with Cupid. This is a pretty fun Kpop song and the girls sound good.

Jpop group XG make their Hits 1 debut with LEFT RIGHT. Just like Cupid, this is a pretty fun Kpop, or I guess Jpop, song.

Dominic Fike is back on Hits 1 after 3 Nights in 2019, with Dancing In The Courthouse. I loved 3 Nights, but Dancing In The Courthouse ain't it. Dominic sounds alright but the production is super boring.

AJR is back with The Dumb Song after The DJ Is Crying For Help dropped out of hitbound back in November. The Dumb Song isn't quite as good as The DJ Is Crying For Help, but it's still good. It took AJR a year and a half to write this song, which apparently wasn't long enough because this song isn't as great as it could be. But the production is still super fun as AJR usually are and the brothers sound great.

Now saving the best for last. Rita Ora remixed Fatboy Slim's 1998 song Praise You, called Praising You. Yeah, this is amazing. I loved the original Praise You, and this is just as good. The production is amazing and super fun, and Rita Ora sounds amazing as well. This also marks Fatboy Slim's first and probably last ever song on Hits 1.

Exits:

charlieonnafriday/Lil Tjay - Same Friends {3}

Jessie Murph - Where Do You Go {7}

Kelly Clarkson - Me {1}

Fall Out Boy - What a Time To Be Alive {4}

David Guetta/Anne-Marie/Coi Leray - Baby Don’t Hurt Me {2}

What a Time To Be Alive and Baby Don’t Hurt Me were amazing and deserved better. Same Friends was good. I guess Kelly Clarkson's big comeback hit failed. And Where Do You Go sucked.

Abyss:

The Weeknd/Ariana Grande - Die For You (Remix)

Harry Styles - Daylight

Havanna Winter - Death Wish

Morgan Wallen - Last Night

Nicky Youre - Eyes On You

Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her

Bebe Rexha - Heart Wants What It Wants

Macklemore/Collett - No Bad Days

Crash Adams - Give Me A Kiss

Avery Anna - Self Love

Ava Max - Weapons

NF - Happy

Taylor Swift - Karma

Jonas Brothers - Wings

Taylor Swift's new single Karma enters the abyss. I'll talk more about this song when it enters the countdown or hitbound.

Chemical Blurbs:

We lost I'm In Love With You, Creepin', River, and Happy. Creepin' was garbage and lasted way too long. I'm In Love With You was good but was getting kinda old. River flopped and got replaced by Jaded. And I'm not really sure why Happy left. It got a ton of airplay and seems to be doing well on mediabase, so I'm very confused why it left. I guess Hits 1 will do whatever they feel like, even if it doesn't make any sense.

With Creepin' gone no songs on the countdown are terrible, so I'm back to no orange songs on the countdown.

Eyes Closed is flopping after it had that huge 19 spot jump 2 weeks ago.

Good grief Nonsense finally left the top 10, but barely.

Love From The Other Side made an unexpected re entry in the top 10. I really want this to get #1 but I highly doubt it.

Die 4 Me also made a jump into the top 10. This is kinda fading on me a little bit.

10:35 took a huge drop in airplay while Heaven, Lottery, and Lavender Haze all had huge jumps in airplay, so I was sure one of those would take the #1 spot this week, but it looks like 10:35 is still taking the top spot. With Heaven jumping to #2 I think it will finally take the #1 spot next week.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

2: Latto/Lu Kala - Lottery (=) (8 weeks) [peak: 2]

1: Tiësto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (=) (12 weeks) [peak: 1 x 4 weeks]

Debuts:

NF is back on the countdown since Time in 2020 with Happy. This has grown on me over the past week. The production is solid and really catchy and NF sounds great.

The Jonas Brothers replace themselves with Waffle House. This is way better than Wings, and it's actually not a song fragment this time. The production is super fun and catchy and the brothers sound great.

Countdown Extra: David Guetta/Anne-Marie/Coi Leray - Baby Don’t Hurt Me

Biggest Jump Of The Week: The Kid LAROI - Love Again (+7)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Kane Brown/Katelyn Brown - Thank God (-6)

Most missed song: Pop Smoke/Dua Lipa - Demeanor (2021)

Fall Out Boy - What a Time To Be Alive {4}

Bazzi - Eyes (Debut)

Drake - Search & Rescue (Debut)

David Guetta/Anne-Marie/Coi Leray - Baby Don’t Hurt Me {2} SOTW

Alright 10 debuts, let's get started!

Good riddance FUMD finally left, but unfortunately we have a much worse song debuting. Two of my least favorite artists, Labrinth and Billie Eilish, have collabed on Never Felt So Alone. Yeah, this one really sucks. The production is super weird and annoying and garbage and Labrinth and Billie Eilish both sound terrible. Please don't let this become a hit like I'm Tired.

On a better note Post Malone is back and this one is a banger, it's Chemical. This is a perfect summer song. The production is super fun and catchy and Post Malone sounds great.

I don't think anyone asked for more JP Saxe, but here he is with I Don't Miss You. This is alright but I think Soft Landing was much better. The production and JP's voice are both alright.

Maisie Peters makes her Hits 1 debut with Lost the Breakup. And oh yes this is a bop. The production is super catchy and reminds me a lot of House On Fire, and Maisie Peters has an incredible voice.

Melanie Martinez finally makes her Hits 1 debut too with VOID. This is super weird but it's still pretty good. The production is pretty interesting and Melanie sounds good.

Next up we have a strange collab of one hit wonders, Lauren Spencer-Smith, GAYLE, and Em Beihold with Fantasy. I was expecting a lot from this song, but this is kinda underwhelming. The production is cool but kinda basic and everyone sounds great.

Lewis Capaldi replaces himself with Wish You The Best. This is a pretty nice ballad from Lewis. The production is decent and Lewis sounds good.

Kelly Clarkson finally makes her return back to Hits 1 after Love So Soft in 2018, with Me. I'm kinda disappointed with Kelly's big return, but this is still alright. The production is alright but Kelly's voice is amazing as always.

Of course Hits 1 has to pick up on every Bazzi song, here he is with Eyes. This actually might be his best song in a while. The production is pretty upbeat and Bazzi sounds good.

Great just what we need, more Drake, he's back with Search & Rescue. This is actually alright. Drake sounds okay and the production is decent.

Doechii/Kodak Black - What It Is (Block Boy) {1}

Amelia Moore/jxdn - FUMD {3}

Favorite Song, Self Love, and Give Me A Kiss enter the abyss. AM:PM and What It Is deserved better. How I'm Feeling Now, Kaleidoscope, and Calm Down were alright. And good riddance to FUMD, it will not be missed.

Abyss:

The Weeknd/Ariana Grande - Die For You (Remix)

Harry Styles - Daylight

Havanna Winter - Death Wish

Morgan Wallen - Last Night

Nicky Youre - Eyes On You

Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her

Bebe Rexha - Heart Wants What It Wants

Macklemore/Collett - No Bad Days

Toosii - Favorite Song

Crash Adams - Give Me A Kiss

Avery Anna - Self Love

Ava Max - Weapons

The abyss list keeps getting longer and longer...

Waffle Blurbs:

We lost Wings and Too Well. Wings got replaced by a better song from them. And Too Well was amazing and deserved better.

Looks like Mother is flopping. It's been here 5 weeks and hasn't gotten higher than #26.

Sure Thing has grown on me a lot.

Apparently Hits 1 doesn't know what to do with Thank God, it was the biggest jump 2 weeks ago and now it's the biggest drop.

C'mon can Love From The Other Side stop dropping? And can Creepin' do a little more leaving the countdown?

Eyes Closed dropped 3 spots and is out of the top 10 after having a huge 19 spot jump last week. Alright, then.

Love Again entered the top 10. I guess I'm fine with this.

Gracious, how long will Nonsense stay in the top 10?

Hits 1 starting playing the Doja Cat remix of Kill Bill but played the original for the countdown. I really hope they switch because the remix is much better.

The entire top 5 held. I thought Heaven could jump to #2 or even #1 but it's still holding at #3.

Lottery is still getting blocked from #1. I'm fine with this because it's starting to fade on me.

10:35 has been #1 for a lot longer than I thought it would, considering how Hits 1 treats EDM. I wonder how long this can hold #1 before Heaven takes over.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Debuts:

This first song was released in 2010, because we didn't have enough old music. It's Miguel with Sure Thing. This is alright. The production is kina catchy and Miguel sounds alright, but this is kinda forgettable.

Charlie Puth and Dan + Shay are back with That’s Not How This Works. This one's pretty good. The production is pretty catchy and Charlie and Dan + Shay both sound great.

After dropping out of hitbound and being in the abyss for a few weeks, Taylor Swift's All Of The Girls You Loved Before finally debuts. This was recorded in 2019 and was originally gonna be on Taylor's Lover album, but decided to release it until now. This is a fine little song. The production is slow but great and Taylor sounds great.

Countdown Extra: charlieonnafriday/Lil Tjay - Same Friends

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed (+19)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Jonas Brothers - Wings (-7)

Last year's #1 song: Imagine Dragons/JID - Enemy (3/6 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Kygo/DNCE - Dancing Feet

Least favorite song last year: Labrinth/Zendaya - I'm Tired

Most missed song: Daniel Bedingfield - Gotta Get Thru This (2002)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Kate Cosentino - Emergency Contact

Doechii/Kodak Black - What It Is (Block Boy) (Debut)

Amelia Moore/jxdn - FUMD {3}

The Jonas Brothers are back with Waffle House. Luckily this is an actual song this time and not a fragment of a song. The production is really fun and the Jo Bros sound great,

David Guetta's back along with Anne-Marie and Coi Leray with Baby Don’t Hurt Me, and this we have a certified banger alert. This samples the 1993 song What Is Love by Haddaway. The production from David Guetta is fantastic and Anne-Marie and Coi Leray both sound great.

Do we really need more Avery Anna? She's back with Self Love. This is alright. The production is pretty good and Avery sounds alright. I would say this is way better than Narcissist.

NF is back again with Happy. This is alright. NF sounds good but the production is kinda lacking. I think I like Just Like You more.

We have Doechii making her Hits 1 debut, and Kodak Black, with What It Is. I really like this one. The production is really catchy and Doechii and Kodak Black both sound great.

Exits:

Bebe Rexha - Call On Me {1}

Big Boss Vette - Pretty Girls Walk Like This {10}

Patrick Martin - Dandelion Eyes {8}

JVKE - this is what losing someone feels like {3}

Call On Me was amazing and deserved better. Pretty Girls Walk Like This and Dandelion Eyes were great but were getting old, and this is what losing someone feels like sucked.

Abyss:

The Weeknd/Ariana Grande - Die For You (Remix)

Harry Styles - Daylight

Havanna Winter - Death Wish

Morgan Wallen - Last Night

Nicky Youre - Eyes On You

Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her

Miley Cyrus/Brandi Carlile - Thousand Miles

Bebe Rexha - Heart Wants What It Wants

Macklemore/Collett - No Bad Days

All Of The Blurbs You Blurbed Before:

We lost missin u, this is what heartbreak feels like, and Red Flags. missin u was great and I'm not sure why it flopped. Red Flags was starting to get old so I don't mind it left. And this is what heartbreak feels like was super forgettable.

Eyes Closed got a huge 19 spot boost this week. This isn't the best Ed Sheeran song, but it's still good.

Wings got a huge drop. Waffle House will probably replace it soon.

Is Creepin gonna leave anytime soon?

I'm not sure why Nobody Gets Me is still here, it's been in the bottom 5 of airplay for the past 5 weeks.

RIP Love From The Other Side leaving the top 10. With missin u gone it now goes back to the purple ranking.

I'm not sure why Special keeps dropping as it's getting a ton of airplay.

Nice to see ESCAPISM in the top 10.

Lottery jumped to #2. It's a great song but it is starting to get kinda old.

Looks like 10:35 is still #1 this week, but it looks like Heaven might take the #1 spot soon.

That's all for now, see you all next week!

Debuts:

Too Well re-entered. This has faded on me a bit but I still love it and hopefully it can do something this time.

Ed Sheeran's Eyes Closed is a stunningly beautiful track that showcases his vocal prowess and ability to craft powerful, emotive songs. The slow, melodic production creates a dreamlike atmosphere that perfectly complements Sheeran's powerful lyrics and emotive vocals. Throughout the track, Sheeran's voice is simply captivating, effortlessly expressing a range of emotions with ease. Eyes Closed is a must-listen for anyone who loves heartfelt, moving music, and is a testament to Sheeran's incredible talents as both a singer and songwriter.

Countdown Extra: Crash Adams - Give Me A Kiss

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Kane Brown/Katelyn Brown - Thank God (+6)

Charlie Puth/Dan + Shay - That’s Not How This Works (Debut)

Nicki Minaj - Red Ruby Da Sleeze {3}

Patrick Martin - Dandelion Eyes {8}

Charlie Puth and Dan + Shay's collaboration on That's Not How This Works is a must-listen for anyone who appreciates great music. The song boasts a catchy production, and the vocals are on point, with both Charlie Puth and Dan + Shay delivering stunning performances that perfectly complement each other. This is a perfect example of how collaboration can result in something truly magical, and I highly recommend this track to anyone looking for a feel-good, upbeat anthem that will have you singing along in no time!

Charlieonnafriday and Lil Tjay's Same Friends is a perfect example of how trap music can be both catchy and meaningful. The song's infectious beat will have you nodding your head along with the rhythm, while the lyrics explore the complexities of friendship and loyalty. Both Charlieonnafriday and Lil Tjay deliver powerful performances that perfectly capture the emotional intensity of the track. This is a must-listen for anyone who loves trap music and is looking for something fresh and innovative in the genre.

Bebe Rexha's Call On Me is a standout track that showcases her incredible vocal range and impressive songwriting skills. The song's catchy production draws you in from the very beginning, with a pulsing beat and infectious melody that will have you dancing along in no time. Bebe Rexha's vocals are simply amazing, as she effortlessly switches between powerful belts and delicate falsetto notes. Call On Me is a perfect example of what pop music should be: fun, catchy, and full of heart. This is a must-listen for anyone who loves great pop music and wants to experience Bebe Rexha at her very best.

Chappell Roan's Kaleidoscope showcases her impressive vocal range and control, highlighting her potential as a rising star in the music industry. However, the production of the song fails to fully complement her talents, feeling rather bland and unremarkable. While Roan's vocals are captivating, the lack of an engaging arrangement ultimately leaves the listener wanting more. While Kaleidoscope is not without its merits, it falls short in terms of offering a fully immersive and engaging listening experience.

Pretty Blurbs Blurb Like This:

We lost Heart Wants What It Wants and Weapons. Weapons was great but was getting old and Heart Wants What It Wants deserved better but Call On Me is way better and is probably gonna replace it.

this is what heartbreak feels like is somehow jumping despite being second to last in airplay.

I thought missin u would have a bigger jump than +1 since it had a ton of airplay, but I guess not.

Is Nobody Gets Me ever gonna leave? I haven't heard it being played in like a month.

Love From The Other Side finally entered the top 10.

Let's go! 10:35 is still #1. Heaven jumped to #3 and looks to overthrow it soon though, but I don't mind since Heaven is great also.

That's all for now, see you all next week!
