The quality of hitbound is very quickly deteriorating. Both debuts this week are not that great. First up is a collab between Teddy Swims and Giveon called Are You Even Real. This is not great. The R&B production is quite boring but Teddy and Giveon both sound good.

We didn't really need a second ballad debuting. Morgan Wallen debuts with Smile. This is even more boring than Are You Even Real. There's hardly any production, the song doesn't evolve at all, and it drags on forever as it's almost 4 minutes long.

So Cold has now been on hitbound longer than Bad Feeling. It has also lasted longer than the following songs that have gone #1: drivers license, Overdrive, Light Switch, Karma, Lottery, Flowers, and Please Please Please, and tied HOT TO GO and Anti-Hero.

Sailor Song really did not need to jump on the countdown and in airplay.

Good riddance to Close To You which had a 10 spot drop. This really needs to leave soon.

I am not okay with I Am Not Okay reentering the top 10 instead of going away.

Nice to see Pink Pony Club back in the top 5.

BIRDS OF A FEATHER still refuses to leave the top 5. At this point it's just racking up the all-time ultimate rank points.

Taste only had 5 spins this week outside the countdown, and it's somehow still #2.

It's about damn time APT finally went #1. This may have faded on me a bit, but it's nice to see it finally hitting #1.
