Debuts:
Nice to see Happy is back. I'm not sure why it left it the first place but I'm glad it got saved from the one week wonder treatment.
The Weeknd and Future collab with Double Fantasy. This has grown on me a little. The production is kinda boring but The Weeknd and Future sound good.
Taylor Swift replaces herself with Karma. This is probably my favorite song off of Midnights. The production is really cool and laid back and Taylor sounds great.
These next 2 songs debuted really high for some reason. I'll take it for this first one, but not for the second one. Crash Adams makes their way out of the abyss with Give Me A Kiss. This one is really fun and I'm glad it finally debuted. This is really fun and catchy and Crash Adams sound great.
Not really too thrilled about this debuting so high. It's Morgan Wallen with Last Night. It's actually a pretty good Morgan Wallen song, but I just wish this could have stayed in the abyss like Wasted On You did.
Countdown Extra: Dominic Fike - Dancing In The Courthouse
Biggest Jump Of The Week: Post Malone - Chemical (+12)
Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: The Kid LAROI - Love Again (-12)
Last year's #1 song: Imagine Dragons/JID - Enemy (5/6 weeks at #1)
Favorite song last year: Nicky Youre/dazy - Sunroof
Least favorite song last year: Jnr Choi/Sam Tompkins - TO THE MOON
Most missed song: Sabrina Carpenter - Thumbs (2016)
Recommendation for Hits 1: Giant Rooks - Morning Blue

1. Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense (22 weeks)

Lu Kala - Pretty Girl Era (Debut)
XG - LEFT RIGHT {2}
Stephen Sanchez - Only Girl (Debut)
Drake - Search & Rescue {3}
Gracious, 9 debuts, let's get started I guess.
Our first debut is very random. We have somebody named Presley Regier with Nevermind. This is actually his first ever song, and it only has 158 streams. I honestly have no idea how Mikey finds these songs. Apparently Ryan Tedder wrote this song, so idk anymore. Anyways this song is actually pretty good. It's pretty catchy and Presley has a good voice. I can see this growing on me.
We have a Jason Derulo banger alert. He's back with Glad U Came. The production is so insanely fun and catchy and Jason sounds great as always.
Jack Harlow just released his new album, and here he is with They Don’t Love It. This is pretty good. The production is pretty catchy and Jack sounds good.
Niall Horan is here with Meltdown. This is good but not amazing, it just sounds like a catchier version of Heaven. This might grow on me, though.
ILLENIUM, Avril Lavigne, and Travis Barker are here with Eyes Wide Shut. I really wish I liked this song more than I do, but I'm not really in love with this. Avril sounds good but the pop punk production feels kinda basic.
Coi Leray is here with a bop called Bops. This song slaps so hard. The production is really catchy and Coi sounds great.
David Kushner makes his Hits 1 debut with Daylight. I am not a big fan of this new kind of music that is seeming to become popular now. I'm talking about these songs that start off really slow and don't get interesting until the last 30 seconds of the song. This starts off really slow and boring but then starts to pick up around the 2 minute mark. But at the end there's this really weird effect on his voice that sounds really bad. Sorry Daniel, but I am not in love with this.
Lu Kala is here with Pretty Girl Era. This is pretty fun and catchy but it sounds almost identical to Lottery. This was actually released before Lottery, so I guess this is the prequel to Lottery.
I know everyone is excited for more Stephen Sanchez, so he's back with Only Girl. I don't hate Stephen Sanchez as much as some other people, but Only Girl is actually pretty good. The production is surprisingly upbeat and Stephen sounds alright.
Exits:
Kim Petras/Nicki Minaj - Alone {1}
Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You {1}
Labrinth/Billie Eilish - Never Felt So Alone {2}
RAYE/Coi Leray - Flip A Switch (Remix) {1}
Bazzi - Eyes {2}
AJR - The Dumb Song {1}
Maisie Peters - Lost the Breakup {2}
JP Saxe - I Don't Miss You {2}
Alone, Praising You, and Never Felt So Alone find themselves in the abyss. Flip A Switch, Eyes, and I Don't Miss You were alright. And The Dumb Song and Lost the Breakup deserved better.
Abyss:
The Weeknd/Ariana Grande - Die For You (Remix)
Harry Styles - Daylight
Nicky Youre - Eyes On You
Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her
Avery Anna - Self Love
Ava Max - Weapons
Jonas Brothers - Wings
Kim Petras/Nicki Minaj - Alone
Rita Ora/Fatboy Slim - Praising You
Labrinth/Billie Eilish - Never Felt So Alone
Luke Combs - Fast Car
Give Me A Blurb:
We lost All Of The Girls You Loved Before, I know it won't work, Flowers, Bloody Mary, and Special. All Of The Girls You Loved Before got replaced by a better song from her. I know it won't work was mediocre. Flowers and Special were good but were getting kinda annoying so I'm glad they're gone. And I wished Bloody Mary could have lasted a bit longer.
Boy's a liar and Players have been here for months but have yet to see the top half of the countdown.
Nice to see Chemical getting a huge jump. I really want this to go #1.
Nice to see Love From The Other Side still in the top 10.
Eyes Closed is back in the top 10. This song has faded on me a lot, so I'm not really too thrilled.
Nonsense did not really need to re-enter the top 5. That and Nobody Gets Me really need to leave.
I'm not really sure why 10:35 is still #1 despite taking a huge drop in airplay and being off the survey, but I guess I'll take it. I'd rather it be #1 than Lottery or Heaven.
That's all for now, see you all next week!
