Debuts: 

Marshmello and the Jonas Brothers collab for a second time since Leave Before You Love Me in 2021 with Slow Motion. This is a decent EDM song, the Jonas Brothers sound good, but this is very forgettable.

Teddy Swims brings his second song on the countdown with Guilty. This is slightly better than Bad Dreams. This is a lot more fun and Teddy sounds great.

Tate McRae is back with Sports car. This is a great song, but it might not be as great as I first thought it was. I can already tell this is gonna get as annoying as it's ok i'm ok and 2 hands were.

Something very strange has happened in hitbound that hasn't happened since 2022 and is only the second time this has happened as far as I know. All My Love left the countdown and reentered hitbound. That in itself isn't strange because songs did that all the time in 2020 and 2021. But All My Love Sunday Bested last week, so it technically never reentered hitbound. The only other song this has happened to was Until I Found You in 2022, when it also left the countdown and reentered hitbound while it was still a Sunday Best.

The Weeknd released his new album Hurry Up Tomorrow, and here he is with Cry For Me. This is fine but kinda forgettable.

JENNIE collabed with everyone's favorite cricket master Dominic Fike with Love Hangover. This is a very strange and weird song, but it kinda slaps, especially in the last minute.

Hits 1 can we please stop picking up on every Nessa Barrett song? LOVE LOOKS PRETTY ON YOU is yet another boring forgettable song from her.

Morgan Wallen replaces himself with I'm The Problem. This is slightly better with Smile, at least this song has a beat, but this is very forgettable.

Hits 1 is very late with picking up on these next 2 songs. Kendrick Lamar is here with squabble up. This is kinda fun, I guess, but this seems very annoying.

Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn collab for a second time with Body Talk. This is a lot better than Thank God. The production is pretty cool and they both sound great together.

Hey guys! So Daniel suggested this and I thought it would be a great idea. Basically what I did was, I fed last week's countdown and this week's airplay update into the latest DeepSeek reasoning model and told it to predict this week's countdown. And these are the results. I might end up making this a weekly series because it's a good way to predict the countdown and see how accurate, or wildly inaccurate, the AI really is.

• Um, why did it have Beautiful Things randomly reenter?
• The rest of the debuts actually make sense.
• Popular and Defying Gravity didn't have any spins. Why did they stay on?
• Not a lot of movements. The biggest drop and jump was only 4.

The only debuts it got correct were Guilty and Sports car, but not at the correct positions. It didn't get a single exit correct.

It correctly guessed the positions for BMF, Stargazing, Good News, Pink Pony Club, Die With A Smile, and APT.

It gets one point for each correct position, and I'll give half a point each for correctly predicting the debut of Guilty and Sports car.

Total score: 7/30. Oof, guess AI won't be taking over countdown duties anytime soon.
