Debuts:

Stephen Sanchez is back with Evangeline. This song has grown on me a lot over the past few weeks. I really like the 50s style production and Stephen's voice works really well here. This is definetly way better than Until I Found You.

Countdown Extra: INJI - THE ONE

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Tiësto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (+7)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Tie between The Weeknd - Die For You and Avril Lavigne/Yungblud - I'm A Mess (-9)

Last year's #1 song: Lil Nas X - THATS WHAT I WANT (3/3 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: Machine Gun Kelly/WILLOW - emo girl

Least favorite song last year: Imagine Dragons/JID - Enemy

Most missed song: Kelsea Ballerini - Miss Me More (2018)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Linkin Park - Lost

5 oldest songs:

5. charlieonnafriday - Enough (16 weeks)

4. Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero (16 weeks)

3. Tate McRae - uh oh (16 weeks)

2. JVKE - golden hour (21 weeks)

1. Lewis Capaldi - Forget Me (22 weeks)

Hitbound:

Will Linley - Last Call {3}

Dove Cameron/Khalid - We Go Down Together (Debut)

Charlotte Sands - Alright {3}

Lizzo/SZA - Special (Debut)

Zara Larsson - Can't Tame Her {3}

Jordi - Hate You {11}

Rita Ora - You Only Love Me {3}

Jessie Murph - What Happened to Ryan (Debut)

Havanna Winter - Death Wish (Debut)

Reneé Rapp - Too Well (re-entry) {5}

Lauren Spencer-Smith - Best Friend Breakup (Debut)

INJI - THE ONE {2} SOTW

charlieonnafriday - That's What I Get {3}

Morgan Wallen - Last Night (Debut)

Big Boss Vette - Pretty Girls Walk Like This {3}

Casey Bishop - Blurry Vision {4}

Too Well re-entered. Hopefully it can do something this time.

Dove Cameron and Khalid team up for We Go Down Together. I love both these artists and had some high expectations for this song, but this ain't it. The production isn't terrible but it's extremely boring, and Dove and Khalid are both whisper singing and it does not sound great.

Lizzo's Special is back on hitbound but this time with SZA. This has really grown on me since it left hitbound a few weeks ago. SZA doesn't add a lot outside of the first verse and some background vocals, but both she and Lizzo sound great.

Jessie Murph replaces herself with What Happened to Ryan. The production is kinda boring and Jessie Murph sounds way too much like Tones And I.

Um, is Hits 1 gonna pick up on every Havanna Winter song? I guess so, since she's back with Death Wish. This isn't my favorite song from her, but it's still enjoyable. The production is fairly upbeat and Havanna sounds pretty good.

Lauren Spencer-Smith is back with Best Friend Breakup. I didn't like Fingers Crossed or Flowers, and this is way better than them. The production is really cool and Lauren sounds pretty good too.

Great, just what we need, more country music on pop radio. Morgan Wallen is back with Last Night. I generally like country music, and this one's pretty good, and it's certainly way better than Wasted On You. The production is fine and Morgan sounds decent.

Exits:

Lonnie - One Night Stand {4}

McKenna Grace - Ugly Crier {3}

All Time Low - Tell Me I'm Alive {3}

Jessie Murph - About You {1}

One Night Stand is in the abyss, and the rest I didn't really care about.

Abyss:

Havanna Winter - Hollywood Forever

Avery Anna - Narcissist

Panic! At The Disco - House Of Memories

Måneskin - THE LONELIEST

Stephen Sanchez/Em Beihold - Until I Found You (Remix)

P!nk - Never Gonna Not Dance Again

PinkPantheress/Ice Spice - Boy's a liar Pt. 2

Kane Brown/Katelyn Brown - Thank God

Lonnie - One Night Stand

Don't rest your blurbs, Evangeblurb:

Our only exit was Joji's Die For You. This was really starting to grow on me and I'm sad to see it go. This deserved way better than Glimpse Of Us.

Hits 1 switched to the original version of Players. This is fine, even though I prefer the remix more.

The Weeknd's Die For You is the biggest song in pop right now yet it's dropping and off the survey.

10:35 made a nice jump into the top 10. I'm less thrilled about Kill Bill entering the top 10 though.

Why is uh oh still here and jumping to #6? This song is starting to get really annoying and might go to orange if it doesn't leave soon.

golden hour is starting to get really annoying too and is really close to being orange.

Lavender Haze has jumped to #2. Even though it's faded on me a lot, I wouldn't mind if it hit #1.

Miley Cyrus finally has her first #1 on the countdown with Flowers. This has faded on me a bit but I still love it, and it's nice to see it blocking Taylor from #1.

That's all for now, see you all next week!
