Debuts:
Katy Perry makes her grand, but more like flop, return to making new solo music in 4 years with Woman's World. This grew on me a lot. This is really fun and Katy sounds amazing as always.
This next debut grew a lot on me too. The Kid Laroi debuts with GIRLS . This is really fun and The Kid Laroi sounds great.
The last debut everyone seems to love but me. Myles Smith finally makes his way out of the abyss with Stargazing. This is a pretty fun folk pop song but it feels kinda generic and forgettable.

Chappell Roan - HOT TO GO! [3]
Pitbull/Ne-Yo/AFROJACK - 2 The Moon [3]
Quavo/Lana Del Rey - Tough [1]
Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us [1]
This first song is kinda strange. Hits 1 added an unreleased Hayes Warner song called Predator. I recorded it and put it on my YouTube channel if you want to hear it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyuBGiQipJE. This is actually kind of a banger. The production is really cool and Hayes Warner sounds great.
Joe Jonas is back to making more solo music in 13 years with Work It Out. This is really catchy and Joe sounds great as always.
These next 2 debuts are not great. Gracie Abrams replaces herself with that super boring Us song with a slightly less boring song I Love You, I'm Sorry. This starts of super boring but gets decent towards the end, and Gracie sounds pretty good.
Benson Boone really did not need to go back to being Benson Snooze. He's back with Death Wish Love from the Twisters movie. Benson sounds alright but this is super boring.
Charli XCX brings us a third song from Brat with Apple. This is a lot better than 360 and that super weird Von Dutch song. The production is super fun and Charli sounds great.
This next song debuted my personal charts last week but exited this week because it never grew on me. Paul Russell and Meghan Trainor collab on Slippin. This is super fun and the two of them surprisingly sound great together.
Alessia Cara makes her return to Hits 1 in two years after that weird but great song Only You with Eddie Benjamin, with Dead Man. The production is really cool and Alessia sounds amazing as always.
Exits:
Alex Warren - Carry You Home [2]
Gracie Abrams/Taylor Swift - us. [4]
Henry Moodie - bad emotions [4] 1TW?
Imagine Dragons - Nice To Meet You [7]
BIBI/Jackson Wang - Feeling Lucky [4]
Carry You Home finds itself in the abyss. Good riddance to the snoozefest Us. I guess Hits 1 forgot bad emotions was the one to watch. And Nice To Meet You and Feeling Lucky were alright.

Death Wish Blurbs:
We lost Fortnight, so american, and End of Beginning. Good riddance to Fortnight and End of Beginning, they were getting super annoying. And RIP again to so american, it finds itself in the abyss again.
MILLION DOLLAR BABY and Belong Together has grown on me, and Slow It Down has faded on me.
I Can Do It With A Broken Heart can't make up its mind whether it wants to jump or drop.
BIRDS OF A FEATHER has now overtaken LUNCH.
Houdini is now back in the top 10.
How on earth is Espresso still #1? It was only getting one spin a day. Hits 1 never ceases to amaze me. Hopefully we get a new #1 next week like Good Luck, Babe.
That's all for now, see you all next week!
