Debuts:

Do we really need more SZA? She has a second song on the countdown with Kill Bill. This is fine, I guess. It's pretty catchy but I just don't like SZA's voice at all.

This next song turned a whole 180 on me from last week. Joji's back with Die For You. I hated this song when it entered hitbound 10 weeks ago, but not it's really grown on me. This is way better then Glimpse Of Us. This is a nice little chill song and I really like the production.

Finally we have RAYE making her Hits 1 debut with Escapism. This song has also grown on me a lot over the past week. It's just super catchy and RAYE's voice is really good.

Countdown Extra: Leah Kate - My Bed (left hitbound for some reason)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Metro Boomin/The Weeknd/21 Savage - Creepin' (+8)

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: OneRepublic - I Ain't Worried (-6)

Last year's #1 song: Ed Sheeran - Shivers (13/14 long weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: ACRAZE/Cherish - Do It To It

Least favorite song last year: SZA - I Hate U

Most missed song: American Authors - Best Day Of My Life (2014)

Recommendation for Hits 1: American Authors - Best Night Of My Life

5 oldest songs:

5: AJR - World’s Smallest Violin (20 weeks)

4: Nicki Minaj - Super Freaky Girl (22 weeks)

3: Jax - Victoria's Secret (23 weeks)

2: OneRepublic - I Ain't Worried (24 weeks)

1: Post Malone/Doja Cat - I Like You (A Happier Song) (32 weeks)

Hitbound:

Tiësto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (2nd time) {4}

Miley Cyrus - Flowers (Debut)

Diplo/Kodak Black/Koe Wetzel - Wasted (Debut)

Sam Smith/Koffee/Jessie Reyez - Gimme (Debut)

Ava Max - Weapons {10}

Lonnie - One Night Stand (Debut)

Mimi Webb - Red Flags (Debut)

Gracie Abrams - Where do we go now? (Debut)

Regard/Drop G - No Love For You {11}

Owl City - Kelly Time (Debut)

Måneskin/Tom Morello - Gossip (Debut)

Jordi - Hate You {7}

PinkPantheress - Boy's a liar (Debut)

Coi Leray - Players (DJ Smallz 732 Jersey Club Remix) {2}

P!nk - Never Gonna Not Dance Again (re-entry) (2nd time) {3}

Loud Luxury/KIDDO - These Nights (2nd time) {6}

Wow, 10 debuts! Let's get started then.

Let's go!!!!!!!!! Never Gonna Not Dance Again re-entered. This is getting a radio push, so hopefully this can debut.

Miley Cyrus is making her return to Hits 1 after 2 years with Flowers. This song samples When I Was Your Man by Bruno Mars. This song is a banger. It's super catchy and Miley sounds great as always. I hope this does well, and it almost certainly will as it's getting a major radio push.

Well Kodak Black finally makes his Hits 1 debut with Wasted with Diplo. This is solid but not amazing. The production is alright but it does sound a bit messy.

Sam Smith and Jessie Reyez team up together again with Gimme. If you remember they both teamed up previously with Promises. This song is pretty catchy but Jessie repeating gimme over and over throughout the song is super annoying.

iheart picked up on this, and now Hits 1 is too apparently. It's Lonnie with One Night Stand. This samples Love Fool by The Cardigans, which is weird but okay. The production is pretty good and this Lonnie guy sounds good, he sounds a lot like Post Malone.

Mimi Webb is back with Red Flags. This is pretty catchy and Mimi sounds great as always.

Gracie Abrams makes her Hits 1 debut with Where do we go now. The production is solid but not that memorable but Gracie does have a really good voice.

Owl City is making his return to Hits 1 in 11 years since Good Time in 2012, with Kelly Time. This song is nothing short of amazing. This is super fun and nostalgic and reminds me of his songs Fireflies and Vanilla Twilight from 2010. I really want this to debut but I highly doubt it will.

Maneskin is back after The Loneliest failed, with Gossip. Yet another Maneskin banger. This is like a better version of Mammamia. I really hope this can do well.

Lastly we have PinkPantheress with Boy's a liar. This is very weird but it's actually very fun and catchy.

This might be the best hitbound we've had in a while. There's not a single song I don't like, so no orange song.

Exits:

Alec Benjamin - Paper Crown {6}

Dove Cameron - Girl Like Me {1}

Leah Kate - My Bed (SOTW) {1}

Lizzo - Special {6}

Reneé Rapp - Too Well {4}

Lewis Capaldi - Pointless {6}

Martin Garrix/JVKE - Hero {5}

Kate Peytavin - ever fallen? {4}

I'm sad to see Too Well go but the rest I don't really care about.

Abyss:

The Weeknd - Die For You

Havanna Winter - Hollywood Forever

Armani White - BILLIE EILISH.

Jung Kook/BTS/Fifa Sound - Dreamers

Black Eyed Peas/Anitta/El Elfa - Simply The Best

Avery Anna - Narcissist

Neighbourhood - Sweater Weather

Rihanna - Lift Me Up

Panic! At The Disco - House Of Memories

Lady Gaga - Bloody Mary

Blurb For You:

We lost Music For A Sushi Restaurant, Evergreen, and Left And Right. Good riddance to Evergreen, hopefully it stays away for good this time. The other two songs were good but were here for way too long.

Can Calm Down do something or leave please.

Can I Like You go away already please.

Lavender Haze keeps on dropping and dropping for some reason.

Made You Puke really does not need to be in the top 3.

This is just getting ridiculous, does Anti Hero really need to be #1 for 9 weeks in a row? Can we please let Star Walkin or I'm Good hit #1 instead. This better not break Shivers' #1 record.

That's all for now, see you all next week!
