Biggest Jump Of The Week: BREAK MY SOUL - Beyoncé (+7). This song is amazing and needs to be higher.
Biggest...DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Until I Found You - Stephen Sanchez (-6). This song has had a bizarre countdown run. It left and re-entered. Then had the biggest jump of the week, then 2 weeks later has the biggest drop of the week.
Debuts:
After being in the abyss for a few weeks, Vegas by Doja Cat finally debuted. This song is amazing. It's on the soundtrack of the Elvis movie, and it samples Hound Dog by Elvis. The production is amazing and Doja's flow is amazing.
Panic At The Disco is back after the failure of Viva Las Vengeance with Middle Of A Breakup. This song is way better than VLV. It's just super fun and there's not a key change every 5 seconds, and Brendon sounds great as always.

Grand - Kane Brown
Wow, 8 new entrants and 1 re-entry. Let's get into it.
Billie Eilish replaced herself with TV. TV and The 30th sound exactly the same. The production is boring and nonexistent, and Billie sounds horrible.
Beyonce's new album released Friday, and we have Summer Renaissance. This song is such a bop. It samples I Feel Love by Donna Summer, which Sam Smith made a cover of. The production and Beyonce just sound amazing.
Next is Bad Habit by Steve Lacy., not to be confused with Bad Habits by Ed Sheeran. This song's pretty good. The production is kinda strange but it's still good.
This next song was last week's song of the week, but it wasn't even released yet. Marshmello, Mae Muller, and Trippie Redd are here with American Psycho. The produciton is a little bit basic but Mae Muller and Trippie Redd both sound good.
Next is Drowsy by OHNO. It's kinda strange but good. OHNO sounds like a better Kid Laroi.
AJR is back with I Won't. This is yet another amazing AJR song. Every AJR song is a bop, and this is no exception.
Next is Snap by Rosa Linn. Apparently she was in Eurovision but lost, but this song got big and made it over here. This song is good but a bit basic, but Rosa Linn sounds pretty good.
Leah Kate is back with Life Sux. This is like 10 Things I Hate About You but 100 times better. This is such a punk rock anthem. The production is just super fun.
die first by Nessa Barrett re-entered hitbound. The production is a bit basic but it's still good.
Exits:
The 30th - Billie Eilish
Stay With Me - Calvin Harris, Halsey, Pharrell, Justin Timberlake
Betty (Get Money) - Yung Gravy
Disaster - Conan Gray
the idea - blackbear
Middle Of A Breakup - Panic! At The Disco
Baby Boo - Muni Long, Saweetie
BLENDER - 5 Seconds of Summer
Breakfast - Dove Cameron
The 30th was terrible and deserves to be gone. Stay With Me was amazing and deserved better. Disaster, Baby Boo, BLENDER, the idea, and Breakfast were just okay. Betty (Get Money) finds itself in the abyss.
Abyss:
Daylight - Harry Styles
Music For a Sushi Restaurant - Harry Styles
Unstoppable - Sia
Don't You Worry - Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, David Guetta
Life's Too Short - aespa
Betty (Get Money) - Yung Gravy
Flowers - Lauren Spencer-Smith

Wasted On You - Morgan Wallen
SUBSTANCE - Demi Lovato
Get Into It (Yuh) - Doja Cat
I Ain’t Worried - OneRepublic
Make-up blurb in the middle of a breakup:
We had 2 exits, Love Me More and Thousand Miles. Love Me More was horrible, so I'm glad it's gone. Thousand Miles was good then it got super boring so I don't mind that it's gone.
👵 fell 4 spots but ⛪ gained 2 spots.
How is Numb Little Bug still here, and how did it jump a spot?
Um, how did Ass It Was jump up 4 spots despite being last in airplay?
Boyfriend has been here for 22 weeks, how is it still #12?
Left and Right got a big 6 spot jump.
Maybe You're The Problem was an amazing song, but now it's overplayed and really annoying. Same with Bones.
Now to talk about our new historic #1 song. Do you know how long it's been since a black woman has been #1 on the countdown? 10 years! It was We Are Young with fun and Janelle Monáe back in 2012. And you know the last time a solo black female has been #1. 14 years! It was Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis in 2008. Lizzo's About Damn Time is the first time in 14 years a solo black female has been #1 on the countdown. I could go on a big long rant about how Hits 1 needs to do better. But I'm not. I'm just gonna celebrate that we finally have a black woman at #1. And for Hits 1, do better, and don't make it another 14 years for another black woman to hit #1. As for the song itself, I used to like this song. Then it got overplayed and really annoying, so it's just okay, but I'm still glad it's #1.
Bye for now, see you all next week!
the idea never played outside from the countdown extra and a hits 1 on 1
