Debuts:

Tommy Richman makes his Hits 1 debut with MILLION DOLLAR BABY. This is pretty good. It's pretty fun and Tommy sounds good but this is kinda forgettable.

After being in hitbound for 8 long weeks, I Don’t Wanna Wait finally debuts. This has shrunk on me slightly, as it debuted, went #1 on my personal charts, then exited while it was still on hitbound, but it's still great. This samples the 2003 song Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone. The production from David Guetta is amazing and Ryan Tedder sounds great as always.

Countdown Extra: Twenty One Pilots - The Craving

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Kane Brown/Marshmello - Miles On It [+7]

Biggest DRRRRRRROP!!! Of The Week: Benson Boone - Beautiful Things [-10]

Last year's #1 song: Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side (3/3 weeks at #1)

Favorite song last year: The Chainsmokers/bludnymph - Self Destruction Mode

Least favorite song last year: Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed

Most missed song: LunchMoney Lewis - Bills (2015)

Recommendation for Hits 1: Girl On Couch/Billen Ted - Man In Finance (G6 Fund)

5 Oldest Songs

  1. Noah Kahan - Stick Season {25w}
  2. Benson Boone - Beautiful Things {18w}
  3. Knox - Me, Myself & Your Eyes {14w}
  4. SZA - Saturn {13w}
  5. Tie between Ariana Grande - we can’t be friends and Djo - End of Beginning {12w}

Hitbound

Imagine Dragons - Nice To Meet You [Debut]

Saweetie - NANi [2]

Knox - Change Your Mind [7]

Charli XCX - 360 [3]

Eminem - Houdini [Debut]

Myles Smith - Stargazing [2]

Lay Bankz - Tell Ur Girlfriend [6]

Dua Lipa - These Walls [5]

Alec Benjamin/Khalid - Ways To Go [4]

Tyla/Gunna/Skillibeng - Jump [3]

Charlie Puth - Hero [2]

Meghan Trainor/Niecy Nash - I Wanna Thank Me [Debut]

Twenty One Pilots - The Craving [2]

Henry Moodie - drunk text [3]

PinkPantheress - Turn It Up [Debut]

Teddy Swims - Hammer to the Heart [4]

Imagine Dragons are back with Nice To Meet You. This is really fun, but slightly forgettable.

Meghan Trainor and Niecy Nash, who's only contribution is the opening speech, are here with I Wanna Thank Me. This is just another fun but forgettable Meghan Trainor bop.

PinkPantheress is back with Turn It Up. Just like with the last 2 songs, this is good but very forgettable.

Now for the best debut of the week Eminem is back after 3 years since Last One Standing in 2021 with Houdini. This is insanely fun, and Eminem's rapping is amazing as always.

Exits:

Connor Price/Forrest Frank - UP! [4]

Stephen Sanchez - Baby Blue Bathing Suit [2]

Up was great but was starting to fade on me, and Baby Blue Bathing Suit was extremely mid.

Abyss

Meghan Trainor/T-Pain - Been Like This

d4vd - Feel It

Artemas - i like the way you kiss me

Billie Eilish - BIRDS OF A FEATHER

Harry Styles - Daylight

RM - Come Back To Me

Shinedown - A Symptom of Being Human

Billie Eilish - you should see me in a crown

Mark Ambor - Belong Together

Jelly Roll/Lainey Wilson - Save Me

Million dollar blurbs:

We lost Feel It and i like the way you kiss me. i like the way you kiss me was amazing and deserved better, and Feel It was super forgettable. They both find themselves in the abyss.

I'm not sure how I Can Do It With A Broken Heart is still here. It only got 1 spin a day this past week and it wasn't even in the top 50 airplay update.

Is Stick Season ever gonna go away? It got annoying 20 weeks ago.

Nice to see Slow It Down in the top 10, as Beautiful Things looks like it will leave soon.

Espresso is up to #2 this week. Can this be the song to overthrow Hozier and get Sabrina Carpenter's second #1 song on the countdown?

That's all for now, see you all next week!
